We had just been badly let down by our chosen kitchen fitter and when we explained our predicament to Ciao, they stepped in and project managed the renovation for us. We were immediately impressed with the 'mood board' that they prepared for us and it was such a relief to have real experts help in making so many difficult decisions on lighting, colours, decor, flooring and furnishings. What had become a very stressful situation soon became a much easier and more enjoyable project. The renovation was so well co-ordinated - builders, plasterer, electrician, plumber, decorators etc - turning up at the right time and completing work to a very high standard.
